I’m Vipasha Kampani, Asst. Director of Admin  at Intellistall Corporation. In this role, I work closely with senior management to oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with our internal policies and strategic goals. I monitor our progress towards objectives, helping the division meet its targets effectively.

I also prepare financial forecasts to support our planning and establish departmental policies, ensuring they are clear and comply with regulations. My focus is on maintaining efficient internal functions and contributing to Intellistall’s success and growth.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, I actively support the development of our team by hiring and training new employees and evaluating their performance. My role also involves ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with industry standards, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
